I have a MS (serial) inteli mouse with the latest drivers installed (intellipoint3.2) I don't have any problems with other aplications. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.browse to any page et voila... 2. 3.
Can you please try a current version of mozilla. I use a usb version of ms intellimouse explorer and can not recall ever having a problem with the scroll wheel in mozilla (win98se, win2k and mandrake linux).
wfm with build 2001091803 on Win2k and MS Intellimouse Explorer (don't know the version though). dupe of bug 20618 ?
