Description: The homescreen orientation is backwards when swiping between homescreens and when re-arranging icons between the different homescreens. As such, the orange, horizontal indicator bar is in the incorrect place when swiping between pages. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140514000204 and change the language to Arabic. 2) Press the Home button until you are on the furthest left homescreen page. 3) Swipe your finger to the right. 4) Observe that it moves you to the furthest right homescreen page. 5) Swipe your finger again to the right. 6) Observe that the furthest left homescreen page appears slightly but is unable to fully appear. 7) Tap and hold on an app icon. 8) Drag it to the right on to another homescreen page. 9) Observe that rather than the app icon being placed on another homescreen page to the right, it is placed on the furthest left homescreen page. Changing bug title for more precision as the swiping bug already exists

** Sorry for the noise ** Since we can't land a fix for this in 1.4 all we have rest is 2.0, and 2.0 will be shipping a complete different approach for Homescreen (Bug 989848) that doesn't include horizontal swiping, I'm closing all bugs related to _2.0_ and are about current Homescreen in favor of Bug 1008013.
