I don't think we'll be able to get these for M9. I won't move it yet, but this is most likely going to happen in M10.

Marking M10 for the moment until I have more info about M9 and reassigning to chuang who is working on these bugs.

Fixed addresspanes.html, it no longer is used. Converted files to just use xul.

All the mentioned files has converted into xul files and checked in. There are other bugs filed against each file. Now the remaining is moving entity into dtd.
