If you go to the URL above (or any page on the forum that requires scrolling) and scroll the page some vertical lines disapear. If you scroll slower more of the line is gone. If you switch to other window and then back all the lines are rendered. Lines are also rendered if you drag any window above the area where the lines should be and then movw the window away. Tried with IE6 and Opera 5 and it works as it should I can always reproduce this. I'll attach a screen shot of this.

Its happening on linux 7.1 too.. changing OS to all

the bug goes away if the DOCTYPE (http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd) is removed, but it's reproducable every time on windows 2000, 2001100103.

I checked today with Mozilla 2001102603 on Windows XP and forum on http://www.slo-lanparty.com/ works OK. The test case is also OK here.
