Select "Cancel" button, then Select the "Choose what to Synchronise" option again. Observe the List options Actual results: Bookmarks & Open Tabs are still unchecked. Summary: Sync options are getting saved while select cancel after selection in "Choose what to Sync" popup → "Choose what to Sync" selections are saved despite hitting Cancel
I think this was by design, but I'd be willing to change it. IIRC, your choices are remembered in case you return to the dialog; but if you cancel, the box isn't checked and your choices are ignored completely.

We don't have a cancel button here - just "Save"; so this doesn't seem relevant anymore.
