Build: 10-05 trunk build. I think this is a left over problem from bug 93330. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch browser, go to any page. 2. View | Page Source, then will bring up a Page Source window. 3. View | Character Coding, change the charset to something other than the current one. (e.g. on US build with netscape homepage, manually set charset to x-jis) Result: You can see the page source window get reload by the new charset, however, the charset will not be able to marked the new one - e.g. for this partically case, x-jis is not added and marked in character coding menu, it still keep as western(iso-8859-1).

Additional info.: This case only happens on if the added charset is not existing in brwoser character coding menu.
