Pressing down arrow causes multiple linebreakes

Upon pressing the down arrow to advance to the end of the last line of a
textarea and immediately pressing Return or Enter, two linebreaks appear instead
of one.
It's unclear whether 2 linebreaks are actually sent with the form or if it's
just in the textarea representation of the form contents.

Oops! Build 2001101516
This sounds like bug 88024, which I checked in a fix for on 10/09/01. Are you
using a 2001101516 TRUNK build or an 0.9.5 build?

I was using 0.9.5. When I dled a trunk build, things worked as expected.
