Steps to reproduce:
1)Enable new tab page tiles
2)Close the all new tab pages.
3)Open a new tab
Actual results:
Firefox opens a new tab with worse performance.When disabled the new tab tiles Firefox opens a new tab with good performance.
Expected results:
Firefox should open a tab with good performance.
