The "best" size is typically the smallest size the window can be in which no scroll bars are needed. Explorer on the mac seems to do this well. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click the zoom button Actual Results: The window fills the screen Expected Results: The window should choose the "best" size for the current page
