I also reproduced it on bluez. A weird thing here is the case start to pass after make reset-gaia.(whether with OPTIMIZE=1 or not) I try to add logs and dig into gaia when the case failed. It seems ATD09x...x command has been successfully delivered to https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/apps/communications/dialer/js/dialer.js#L365 and go into L377. However, below function seems not executed https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/shared/js/sim_settings_helper.js#L65 , so it won't actually call into telephony.

The test get stuck because gaia side didn't respond to the ATD command after getting the error stated in bug 1061510. Passed after apply the patch in bug 1061510.

Fixed since Bug 1065999 is resolved.
