Details
When I signed up for my Bugzilla password, the mail I received contained
the following text:
To change your password, go to:
[Param urlbase]changepassword.cgi
Presumably "[Param urlbase]" was meant to have the actual urlbase substituted on
the server side.

Whoops! Silly me. Something that didn't get fixed when porting from TCL.
