Details
This bug was found while testing an application that uses the mouse position
when selecting a radio button for positioning of a layer.
The onMouseDown event was triggered in all 4.0 browsers tested; Mac, 95, 98, and
NT. It was not triggered on the Unix version.
A page was created for the demonstration of the bug at
http://www.teale.ca.gov/bugs/radioMouse.html This page will show the mouses
position when the onMouseDown event is triggered in the status bar. When the
radio button is clicked... there is no event triggered.
