I've fixed several problems with this page but a few of them are sticky spec issues and won't be resolved for awhile. But it does look better now.

This is really a dup of 2502 (or its a dup of this one...). And I fixed that one...

Test with Apprunner (March 9th Build) on Macintosh, (March 8th Build) on Windows NT, and Windows 95. Page is correctly layed out. Fixed.
