Summary (title) Field: [RTL][Lockscreen] Notifications viewed on lockscreen are not right-aligned Description: When a user receives a notification (missed call, text message, screenshot-taken) and it is viewed on the lockscreen, they will notice that in a RTL-defined language that the notification is not translated properly from right-to-left. Pre-Req: * Change Language to a RTL [Arabic] Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141230010205 2) Lock phone. 3) Call test phone from a seperate device. 4) Text test phone from a seperate device. 5) From test phone, tap power button to view lockscreen display. 6) Take a screenshot of the lockscreen. 7) Observe orientation of the lockscreen notifications. Actual: Notifications observed on the lockscreen are not translated properly for a RTL-specific language. Expected: Notifications observed on the lockscreen respect the RTL linguistics. Looks like SMS is the only that is not respecting RTL. We should fix that to be consistent. Also adding qawanted to test notification across apps to confirm if the bug exists elsewhere

Pending the results from the qawanted, I think we should downgrade this to P2 unless more severe breakage is revealed. The SMS notification formatting is incorrect but it appears to be usable.

RTL update: marking required bugs as feature-b2g:2.2+ (and removing blocking flags)

This has been already been addressed in bug 1064148 which in itself depends on bug 1058799. :)
