Eventually we'll have some users who have a Firefox Account and use the reading list service, but don't use Sync. We should make sure that in-product offers for Sync aren't tied up in FxA -- e.g., "Did you know you can sync your passwords? Just sign up for a Firefox Account!" would be confusing when the user already has an account. This is future work.

We have completed our launch of our new Firefox on Android. The development of the new versions use GitHub for issue tracking.
