Steps to reproduce:
Go to any web page that has events attached to markup
Open Web Console
Go to Inspector
Find markup element with event (EV tag).
Click on EV tag and select handler
In the window, use the mouse wheel SLOWLY to scroll up and down the window
Actual results:
The display is garbled in the popover window (please see images attached).
Expected results:
Correct display
