As mentioned by gfritzsche in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1128768#c12, it would be nice to have a fake Flash test plugin, allowing us to test features such as the shumway hang annotations.
Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
