We should fix the license, author and name while we do this

So right now because I have both v2 and v1 installed, I called them "Bugzilla Lite" and "Bugzilla Lite v1" to distinguish them. I expect quite a few users to have both installed until we get v2 to the stage where its ok to completely replace v1. The application name will be on both the homescreen and the activity picker when the logs are created, my vote would be to call v1 "File Bug" and v1 "BzLite". "Bugzilla Lite" is a slightly long name and also since v1 only submits bugs calling it Bugzilla Lite seems wrong.
