(I'm not sure if this is the right component; sorry if it's not.) When you request uplift approval, you have to fill out a form that includes this field: [Feature/regressing bug #]: My current workflow I have to open a new tab, navigate to the bug associated with the patch I'm requesting uplift for, and copy the blocked bug number. Then I can paste it into the approval request comment. This is necessary because the blocked bugs aren't visible on the attachment details screen, but perhaps more fundamentally, it's necessary because we aren't automatically filling in a field that I think we should consider automatically filling in. 95% of the time, the patch I'm requesting uplift for is attached to a bug that blocks one other bug, and that's the regressing bug number. It'd be tremendously helpful to automatically fill in this field.

We could even remove the `regressing bug #` from the uplift comment if we have the regressed-by field.
Yeah, I’m keeping the field in Bug 1489718, but let’s remove it once the new regressed-by field is implemented.
