I can't tell if this is a layout problem or an imagelib problem. We're missing an image in the top banner (right side, next to "Microsoft" logo.) Nav4 shows the image simply as a black rectangle. IE shows the "Micorsoft Network" image. Maybe the site is vending different pages based on the browser type?

Used tobe a problem, but works okay now with top-of-trunk. I think one of two things fixed it: - my change to ignore SCRIPT tags that aren't JavaScript, e.g. JScript - Judson's change to the user agent. I don't think we were correctly identifying ourselves

Verified worksforme/fixed with 1.27.99 builds on Win32, Mac OS & Linux. Page renders identically to Communicator 4.5 on all platforms.
