Hi Francisco. This first version crashes for multi entry points apps like communications but I would appreciate some feedback.

Add HOSTED flag to automatize integration with SWW
Looking pretty good for me.
Left some comments on gh, related to the fact that we will need to sync with the work done about preloading sw.

Noemi, I am removing the dependency with Service worker toolkit because technically this bug does not block it (I already confirmed it with Francisco this afternoon)
