If you have several Mozilla browser windows up, as well as a mail window, and a mail message compose window, it's nearly impossible to tell which is which on the Windows taskbar because they all have the same icon. (Similarly, if you alt-tab to get the Windows window-switcher thingy up, all the icons are the same there, too) Please use separate icons for browser windows, the mail reader window, and mail compose windows, at a minimum. (I'm sure there are other Mozilla windows that should have separate icons as well - IRC, News, Composer, etc...)
