We should be using SkiaGL for canvas nowadays. But looking at a profile of scrolling on https://medium.com/art-science/a-warning-for-our-next-great-screenwriters-4af580c2e0b7 , I see Skia software draw the image.

The patch in bug 1206076 fixes this.
