Most obvious NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE in BeginUpdate is https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/71224049c0b52ab190564d3ea0eab089a159a4cf/toolkit/components/url-classifier/nsUrlClassifierDBService.cpp#1739. It looks like very similar failures were seen in browser_trackingProtection.js and that test skipped in bug 1177162. mattn -- can you offer any insight?

Bug 1182876 is the proper fix for this.

this is under our threshold for high frequency failures, lets see if the work in bug 1182876 can be finished :)
