I don't know if this is addressed already or not, so I'm filing to ensure that it's covered. (I *think* I saw this in the PR conversations, but just in case...)
Marketplace UI should support RTL languages at launch.

Update partner RTL support in 2.1:

Basically, we use only LTR direction for each languages.
UI lauyout is broken when we tried to use RTL(attached page.1).
so we disbaled the RTL direction of l10n for v2.1[1].
For arabic language, icu renders from right to left.
icu decides the direction for writing based on character code.

Landed in marketplace-tv-front-end master.
