Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Microsoft Dynamics CRM and open any form that has a memo field where you can type text
2. Spell any word in correctly.  Example: tiime



Actual results:

FF will underline the word in red and allow you to right click on the word.  However, you cannot left click to select one of the suggested spellings.


Expected results:

You should be able to select the suggested "time" spelling of the misspelled word.

This works find in IE, Edge, Chrome and Safari within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but not in FireFox. 

I have tested this in several versions of FF; including the latest 43.0.4.
