User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build ID: 20160606100313 Steps to reproduce: This issue is direct cause of commits resolved from issue 1189622 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1189622 I am using Bluetile tiling window manager, which is Xmonad based WM. But the thing is, I never had any issue with Firefox and fullscreen until Firefox 46 (and 47 now). I tried rebuilding FF46 without the commits that came from issue 1189622 and it worked again. Steps to reproduce: 1. Use Bluetile WM 2a. Press F11 to go into fullscreen 2b. Or go to Youtube and make video fullscreen Actual results: The content (video playback or browser content) stretches inside the borders of browser window. Expected results: The content (video playback or browser content) should be completely fullscreen and fill out the entire display.

This is likely something the window manager should fix. Please see bug 1273746 comment 7.
