Details

the URL lays out almost correctly. If you do anything to cause a reflow, like resize the window, the page elements snap into place. Bizarrely, if you click on a link the same thing happens (that's why you're on the CC list, Tom.) I can't tell if this is a reflow process problem, or a block reflow error.

I don't it's that the page is complete. I do see a subtle re-positioning that looks like maybe we're computing slightly different vertical margin values. That's why I'm giving it to Kipp.

Unfortunately the test page has expired; since I have plenty of other incremental reflow bugs I'm closing this one.
I agree that there are lots of pages that exercise this same bug, and that Kipp probably has plenty of other test cases. QA should verify this as invalid.
