Is this still the "right" way to add taskcluster tests? I feel uneasy about adding to "legacy".
This adds the yml files for Android opt and dbg, but doesn't schedule the debug jobs yet. Debug is very nearly ready and will follow in bug 1280438.
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=2b26baf3d782 looks good, but had one timeout due to a long-running M-gl8 job; I've increased the maxRunTime in this patch.

Yes, this is still the right approach. I'm working on porting tests out of legacy now.
