Details
The page above (demo 2 within it) has an OL and a DIV which are styled exactly
the same, using list properties. I *think* they should come out exactly the
same, but the OL gets some extra margin/padding.

There was some extra padding around the bullets (bad) that had been hardcoded in
from before we switched to using a pseudo-class style.
In addition, the ua.css had some shaky margin trickery that is no longer
necessary now that we have solved the painting problems for outside children.
so it's fixed...

The page appears to render properly using the 12.1.98 of xpviewer/ngt, so I'll
go ahead and mark it verified.
(dbaron@harvard, if you have the opportunity, could you perhaps be so kind as to
check with the latest build and confirm that this bug is, in fact, fixed to your
