Open the Manage Bookmarks window and try to scroll it using the mouse wheel.
Nothing happens.
This worked on yesterday's build (2/27) but not today's (2/28). It's a
regression possibly related to bug 125570.

Correction: This is a regression since the Feb 8, 2002 build. It didn't work
in yesterday's build either, but worked correctly on Feb 8.
