-Type a search subject in the URL text field
as you are typing, the expected drop down menu opens, but it is missing any
matching text. More explicitely, it is missng the "search for [topic]"
selection.
Note: if a history stored url is typed, a matching list does open in the drop
down as expected.

just to be clear. the dropdown itself is working fine in all cases. The search
is not working in any case - it is completely empty(pops down, but no text
whatsoever)

rchen will check in "navigator.properties" into NS tree soon, so this will be
fixed after that. check bug 86248.
