Disabled menu's dropdown shows if you select it right after opening another menu's dropdown

Someone might find a better summary.
To see this: open mailnews, and and hit "compose". The Insert and Format menus
should be disabled. However, if I click on the View menu, and then hover over
the Insert menu, which is still disbaled, the view menu's dropdown list shows.
Seems to be a general XUL Menu bug
