User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0 Build ID: 20160831030224 Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Nightly in RTL locales (e.g. Arabic) or using Force RTL 2. Enter "https://" at urlbar 3. Check ac-title-text and searchbar-oneoffheader-searchtext Actual results: ac-title-text and searchbar-oneoffheader-searchtext direction is wrong. (searchbar-oneoffheader-searchtext is in 51) Expected results: ac-title-text and searchbar-oneoffheader-searchtext should be LTR.

It looks like bug 1290490 fixed at least some of this. The only issue I can see at the moment is that entering just 'http:', 'http:/', 'http://' or their https equivalents ends up with LTR rather than RTL.
Depends on: 1290490
Mass wontfix for bugs affecting firefox 52.
Moving to p3 because no activity for at least 1 year(s). See https://github.com/mozilla/bug-handling/blob/master/policy/triage-bugzilla.md#how-do-you-triage for more information
Priority: P2 → P3

Works for me in Nightly 84
