using 3/8 build 1) launch netscape 2) pull down the print icon on the toolbar notice it has: Print Page Setup Print Preview Print Plus Windows does not have "Page Setup" in this icon menu.
I think Page Setup should be present in that dropdown with the others (it makes the same amount of sense as Print Preview and Print Plus). A while ago, Charley (iirc) removed the menu item because it was always disabled.

I care about cross platform consistency....doesn't matter to me if its in or not...as long as we are consistent across platforms.
