https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/77454/diff/2 breaks a few Android-related tasks out of the legacy kind, but I didn't really understand how they work (and I was lazy) so they got stuffed in an "android-stuff" kind. As written, these are raw task descriptions, with a few defaults applied via transform. I suspect they could be converted to use job descriptions, perhaps with a custom `run.using` specific to the purpose. It may also make sense to put the dependencies job in a kind of its own, and move the others into the `build` kind. Anyway, I stand ready to help someone who understands better what these tasks should do and how they are implemented beyond task.payload.command.
