Mozilla 0.9.8, build 2002020220 If a pop-up window appears from one navigator window (for instance for saving a download file), other navigator windows are blocked. I would expect that every navigator window works independant from other navigator windows, so that I can still browse in those windows even if there is such a pop-up window.

fix for bug 65521 / bug 129591 is checked in. Seems to be a pure gtk fix, so this may have been dup'ed wrongly. Bug 59314 a more likely candidate.
