Details |
www.mozilla.org went down today after an un-throttled update from 50.0 - > 50.0.1 triggered /whatsnew page for all Firefox users.
The issue was due to /whatsnew pages not being cachable, since we vary on user agent and redirect non-Firefox users to /firefox/new/
We need to remove these conditional redirects to prevent this happening again.
