STR_1:
1. Open attached "testcase 1", copy all text in that file
2. Open scratchpad window (Shift+F4), click "View", enable "Wrap text". Close the window
3. Open scratchpad in devtools toolbox, make sure that ~40 lines of code are visible
4. Select all text in scratchpad Paste text copied in Step 1
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+O. Press Ctrl+Shift+O.
6. Move mouse ~20px to the right and (at the same time) ~20px below the last line
7. Click
AR: All text in scratchpad disappears
ER: Text should be visible
Note: You can use the following prefs to test this in mozregression (to skip config steps 2-3)

This is regression from bug 1259126. Regression range:

Scratchpad was removed in Bug 1519103 (Firefox 72). You can check the alternative in https://wiki.developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Deprecated_tools#Scratchpad .
The Scratchpad bug list was reviewed and I think this bug can be safely closed.
