Seems to only happen on the linux64-qr debug non-e10s mda2 job.

Bug 1365196 might make the problem better.
Indeed. I retriggered the media jobs a bunch on the try push for bug 1365196 and they are much greener than they've been in a long time, so it does look like that helps a lot.
