Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox in Linux or Windows and press F11 to enter full screen mode.
Use shortcuts(Ctrl+L or Alt+D) access the address bar.
Enter the URL or search for the content and press 'Enter'.
The cursor is no longer in the address bar, But the toolbar and tab fields are not automatically hidden. Move the mouse to the toolbar and tab fields and leave. Then full screen mode back to normal.
