Moving the caret to the right of the last character wraps the caret to the first character. Moving it left from the first character doesn't move it back. (inconsistent)

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020310 BuildID: 2002031080 In the text box I'm typing in right now, if I push the "move left" key on the keyboard, the caret pops up to the top of the window. If I push "move right" from the first position it doesn't go back down. This behavior is inconsistent. It's disconcerting to lose your spot at the end of a document, and annoying to not be able to reverse your mistake to get you back to the way it was before. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Type something in a text box 2. Keep hitting the "move right" key. Notice that it wraps. 3. Keep hitting the "move left" key. Notice that it doesn't.
