We should check if this is related to bug 1396984.

I confirmed the problem on the latest nightly.

Bug 1022553 seems like very similar problem and this bug seems like default behavior or Firefox. It is commented at Bug 1022553 Comment 2 like the following > So the issue here is that background colors/images are ignored when forcing document colors, > which is the default behavior in high-contrast themes.

With comment 6, it seems not a graphic problem.

Move the component to layout with comment 7.
