Right-arrow key at end of last line of long TEXTAREA entry goes to start

Details
In Mozilla 0.9.9, pressing the right-arrow key at the end of the last line of
text in a TEXTAREA that spans more lines than the TEXTAREA is tall (i.e. a
scroll bar is visible) moves the cursor to the beginning of the first line.
This is probably not intended, but could be a useful feature if it worked the
other way as well, so that pressing the left-arrow key at the first line of the
TEXTAREA entry moved the cursor to the end of the last line of the entry.
