This is a follow-up bug of bug 1399398. The Storage Manager which collects and removes appcache too is passed pre-beta sigh-off and enabled. We should remove the offlineGroup UI.

Fischer, is this something that we can do now?

Let's wait for that release sign-off to remove the Offline section (AFAIK, the overall status is good until the last update). Keep the NI to myself to remind me to take action then. Thank you.

The storage management pre-Release sign off is green so let's remove the Offline group part.
