Bug 1352599 broke java.configure tests, and it's not trivial to fix them. To avoid getting backed out, I'm going to disable this test. This ticket tracks fixing and re-enabling it. The configure sandbox needs to be updated to handle os.path.isfile correctly.
I addressed this while relanding Bug 1352599.
