Details

There are several parts of taskcluster's taskgraph generation that look at moz.build files. When building comm-central, it should take those into account as well. This probably involves using a `mozpack.files.ComposedFinder` that wraps two `MercurialRevisionFinder`s. I'm not sure what the right way to enable this behavior would be, though.
