When you are in the CC: list of a popular bug (like bug 120155, for instance) you are annoyed about once an hour by messages saying "*** Bug XXXXXX has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***". It would be useful to have a pref to disable messages that only add a duplicate to the current bug (of course it would only be useful if you disable CC changes reporting, because duping a bug adds the reporter to the CC list. I already have CC reporting off on my prefs.). Note that this is the symetric (sp?) opposite of bug 118741; bug 118741 asks for being able to ignore the message on the bug being marked as a duplicate, while this asks for being able to ignore the message on the bug it's being marked as a duplicate of (did that make sense?).

removing target milestone from WONTFIX/INVALID/WORKSFORME/DUPLICATE bugs so they'll show up as untriaged if they get reopened.
