Details

On a site with a textarea defined with the following settings: rows="20" id="Content" class="inputs" style="Width:450px;" The visual layout of the text entry box is slightly different (in IE the textbox appears with a disabled verticle scrollbar) and the entry area is not automatically word-wrapping. There is no WRAP setting in this case, but the Width setting alone appears to facilitate a wrapping effect.
