From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020508 BuildID: 2002050806 The javascript at the above address for the menu system only supports document.layers or document.all, preventing access at all to the links contained in it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to the URL 2.Try to use the product support menu Actual Results: No dropdown appears, no click possible. Expected Results: Should work. Not contacted yet as the required fields of the contact form ask for too much info and did not want to fill in fake stuff in case it caused them to ignore the report.
I can confirm this with build 2002050708 on Windows XP Home Edition. No errors appear in the JavaScript Console. I think this has Major severity since an unnavigable site isn't very usable.
